They serve two totally separate functions in lash prep, and cannot replace each other:
Lash Primer (Pre-service cleaner)
Used before applying lash extensions & glue
Core function: Dissolve natural lash oil, residue, sunscreen and makeup on your client’s natural lashes. It dehydrates lashes completely to eliminate oil barriers.
Benefit: Maximize glue stickiness, stop poor adhesion caused by oily lashes, reduce early shedding.
Target: Treat the natural lash itself.
Super Bonder (Post-setting sealant)
Used right after finishing all lash extensions, once glue bonds are formed
Core function: Lock & cure the glue bonds instantly, neutralize glue fumes to cut eye irritation. It seals the adhesive joint to make bonds flexible and waterproof.
Benefit: Extend lash retention by weeks, eliminate white bloom on glue joints, lower fume sensitivity for clients with watery eyes.
Target: Treat the cured glue bonding point between extension and natural lash.
A: Full step-by-step working sequence:
- Clean client’s eye area and isolate lower lashes with eye patches
- Brush Lash Primer thoroughly onto all natural lashes, let air-dry fully (30–60 seconds)
- Start applying lash extensions with your chosen lash glue
- Once a full set is completed and all glue dots are partially cured, apply Super Bonder directly onto every glue bond
- Wait 60 seconds for bonder to fully seal the bonds before letting the client open their eyes
Key rule: Primer always goes on natural lashes BEFORE glue; Super Bonder only touches glue joints AFTER extensions are placed. Never swap their order.

- Unopened shelf life: 6 months when stored in a cool, dark room away from direct sunlight and high heat.
- After opening: For maximum effectiveness, we recommend using up the bottle within 2 months.
